About

I work as R&D manager at Turku University of Applied Sciences. My responsibility is to manage and develope the faculty's cooperation with the industry.
I hold a MA from the University of Tampere (information research, Finnish language and literature, journalism, education).

I am a PhD student in the University of Tampere, Department of Information Studies and Interactive Media.

I am preparing my thesis (entitled Knowledge creation in the expertise organisation) which focuses on the knowledge creation phenomenon in a work community (a geographically dispersed, international company). The object of the study is the early idea phase of the innovation process.

Thus, my interests are innovation research, collaborative work, work communities, expertise development, and university-industry relationships.

I am also interested in co-writing on mentioned topics, international cooperative projects and partnerships (as universities, researchers, companies, business experts etc.).
